About us

This is a photo of men in a gardening group

We are for gardeners who have any size garden - from a window box to an acre!

We visit public and private gardens including those with restricted opening, e.g. by appointment or open only to recognised groups. We hold talks and show films during the winter months as well as the occasional Winter Walk. We also meet occasionally to swap surplus plants and visit members' gardens. All you need is a love of plants.

For visits outside of the immediate Selby/Sherburn area we try to car share where possible. Information is sent out about individual visits 2 – 3 weeks prior to the event and individuals are asked if they want or can offer a car share.
